Adult fitness classes are $7-$8 and are drop in only, no need to register in advance!

UpBeat Barre - This class combines movements from ballet, yoga, Pilates, and muscular-endurance-based strength programs to provide a low-impact, mind-body, high energy program. UpBeat classes will tone, tighten, and lengthen muscles, provide strength in everyday movement, and bring an UpBeat attitude after every class! (Available Monday 6:30am-7:30am)

HIGH Fitness - Aerobics is back! HIGH takes old school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as high intensity interval training, plyometrics, intervals of strength and cardio, and more. (Available Saturday 8am-9am)

HIGH LOW Fitness- Thursday 7:30-8:30 am

Yoga- Saturday 9:30-10:30
